Greetings!  Thank you for coming to West Side Church of Christ’s website.  Let me tell you a little about myself.  I am a native of Portland, Oregon, and I previously spent twelve years ministering to churches in Tennessee.  I moved to Kentucky in 2001 and preached nine years in Madisonville before accepting the preaching position here in Elkton in the fall of 2010.  My wife, Cile, and I have been married since 1988, and we have three children: a daughter, Taylor, and two boys, Jonathan and Matthew.

My role in preaching is to share the grace of God through the redemptive work of JesusChrist and the transformative power of discipleship as we follow Christ.  West Side Church offers a means to grow in Christ.  We are a family oriented church, both spiritually and physically, that has demonstrated the joy of welcoming new members into our family.  We are also community oriented as we try to bring Jesus to the community through our Fish Fries, Thanksgiving Day meal, jail ministry, CASA support groups, and Boy/Cub Scout programs.
